• Great for skiing.

  We went up for a family ski trip and we had a blast. Comfort wise this condo is great and it is clean. My only complaint about the condo itself is in the description it included a coffee maker. We prepared by bringing coffee and filters. Got to the condo to find the coffee maker is a k-cup coffee maker. Had to run to the general store for some k-cups. Also, the pool and hot tub were closed and we didn’t know this ahead of time. The hot tub was a big reason we chose this place. I understand things like that happen but I think it’s important to notify customers of amenity closures. With that being said, we would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

• Good Condo but issues with facility and listing

  The condo itself was clean and comfortable but the facility especially the stairwells were filthy and in disrepair. The most disappointing was it's not really a "Ski Out" location as the description says. Yes you can work your way walking through a construction zone to get to the Pioneer lift but it was really confusing and I had to wander around for a while just to find out how to get there (as you cannot see the lift until you are right on top of it), not really a walk I'd do with all my ski equipment, and kids, it was easier to drive to Giant Steps lift.

  Thank you also for sharing your feedback about the stairwells. There is a new property manager who is diligently working to get up to speed. We have shared this with the association and they are working to remedy the issue.
  
  As for the ski-out trail, there have been some challenges with that trail due to new construction next to Copper Chase. The HOA is working to remedy that issue and ensure that there is a better trail with solid access once the construction is complete. You are right, for this year, it is best to use the free shuttle to the resort.

  We really enjoyed our trip. The condo cute and comfortable. My kids said all the bunk beds were great. They said mattresses were comfortable. The master room was also very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed decently stocked! We loved movie nights with the fire place after a long day of skiing. It was easy access and having the heated garage parking was so nice! We used the pool once and enjoyed it. Overall, great place to stay. We would definitely look to book here again. Evolve was great with communication and flexible when we had to adjust our dates a few weeks before the trip because of a last minute work change.

• Nice place

  Nice place for a weekend stay. Was able to fit my full size truck in the underground parking. Unit needs some love. Be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access the unit. Communications with the EVOLVE group was very few and far between. They were able to help reschedule our dates easily, but could not provide any unit details.
