4/5 The place is located 100 yards from the lodge/restaurant. It has everything you need. Warm and comfortable. It’s not the cleanest. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we checked in and candy under the bed. Still recommend for the price.

Overall good stay
5/5 Good location and clean place. Only complaint is that the heat doesn’t work the best. Even though the heat doesn’t work the best, it worked well enough and wouldn’t prohibit me from staying again.

No better place to stay at Eagle Point!
5/5 Legit ski in and ski out. Put my skis on at the front porch and ski’d down to the lift. About a two minute walk to the main lodge, restaurant and bar. Very well stocked unit and VERY warm. Had to turn the heater off at night because it was so toasty…maybe some people don’t know how to operate a heater?? Would absolutely recommend.
