5/5 We absolutely loved our stay! This second floor, 2 story condo is spacious with a bed and bath on both floors! It was clean and decorated nicely. The balcony is so relaxing and the kitchen had new appliances and everything you need. Huge master shower upstairs and easy to get where you want to go. Parking is easy and food is a hop, skip and a jump. We enjoyed are stay and would stay there again.

5/5 We had an incredible time at this vacation rental! The highlight for us was definitely being able to fish right off the balcony—a unique and relaxing experience. The property was spotless upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, making our stay even more convenient. The place was spotless, and I loved the location. Also we went to the Wave Restaurant, I loved how close we were able to walk a few steps away. They also have a pool there with a cool bar to hang out and not have to drive anywhere.
Communication with Alex was excellent throughout our stay. He was always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.
You won't get more waterfront than that!

Close to trails in Sam Houston national forest. Nice bar next door with a pool.
Squeaky clean and well maintained place. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our week-long stay, and will book again given a chance!
