- Follow the fence line on your left straight towards the lake for approximately 500
feet. Follow the gravel drive around to the left and pass the front your cabin, making
a U-turn. Your parking spot is marked behind 'The Cabin'

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM. Please inform Guest Contact if arriving after sunset 
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable/open food items & any leftovers in the fridge/freezer
- Wash and put away all used dishes (leave out to dry if wet)
- Leave sheets on bed, no need to strip. For pull-out sofa linens, please remove (if used), fold bed back into sofa with only the zip-around mattress cover in place & leave sheets near/on sofa
- Check cooktop & grill to make sure the gas is turned off & check to make sure the fire pit is out
- Ensure both TV’s are off and leave remote nearby/handy (cabin has only 1 TV remote)
- Gather & bag all trash and deposit into garbage cans at the driveway entrance
- Hang used towels on hooks, do not leave wet towels on the wood floor
- Return kayaks, paddles, jackets & any moved outdoor furniture to the original location
- Set A/C to 72 degrees
- Close/lock any opened windows & close privacy shades/curtains
- Upon final departure, please turn off all lights and LOCK DOOR
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping inside the home
- No flame candles allowed
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, large gatherings, or loud music
- Kayaks are for use & enjoyment of all property guests, and are not allowed to be removed/taken from the property to use elsewhere
- No package or mail delivery to the address permitted
- This property operates on a sensitive septic system; please do not flush anything other than toilet paper & bodily waste. The system will fail with any non-organic waste disposal
- If trash is full, please take bagged trash to the cans at the top of the driveway. Do not leave bagged trash outside your door, as this attracts ants & other undesirable critters
- Enter the lake at your own risk; by entering the lake/lake area, you take full responsibility for your own protection. Never dive off the dock or bulkhead, as lake levels vary. Depth is stand-able in some areas. Wood dock steps can be slippery
- No driving/parking on grass, park in designated/specified areas only. When in doubt, ask Guest Contact. Sewer & water lines can be damaged unknowingly
- No electric car charging. Attempted charging will damage property
- Do not leave bagged trash outside your door, as this attracts ants & other undesirable critters, please take to the driveway entrance trash cans
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees will be imposed if disregard for House Rules is discovered/detected

- There are 2 other bookable vacation rentals on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay

- There is no in-sink garbage disposal, so please use the sink strainer and dispose of food bits in the trash
- Never dive off the dock or bulkhead, as lake levels vary. Depth is stand-able in some areas. Please use caution
- Life jackets are required for kayak use
- Bring your own swim towels. Our linens/towels are for use inside only Uber Eats, GrubHub and food/pizza delivery services will require the address and specific directions/guidance to your vacation rental unit. Please be prepared to provide those details, as to not disturb the residents of the home on property
- You will be staying in a rural setting on a lake - the outdoors will be scenic, and you may encounter gnats, ants, mosquitos, bees and other bugs while enjoying the space outdoors. The property receives quarterly pest control service, however you may opt to pack some personal insect repellant & keep open foods in fridge or in zip lock bags
- A fishing license is required of any resident who fishes in the public waters of Texas and failure to produce proof of license can result in fines by Game Warden. Easy online purchases can be found on the Texas Parks & Wildlife website
- All canoes, kayaks & paddle boards must have on board one (1) USCG-approved wearable PFD for each person on board. Game Warden fines may result if discovered
- Life jackets are required for kayak use, we have an assortment of sizes, but limited, so consider bringing your own. They are mandatory for your safety
