- This single-story cabin requires 3 steps to access
- If you intend to fish: bring your own poles & cooler if you intend to keep your catch. No fish cleaning is permitted onsite & no fish coolers are allowed inside the home
- Swim towels are not provided; it is recommended that guests bring their own
- Due to the rural area, you may encounter insects (gnats, ants, mosquitoes, bees, etc). This property receives quarterly pest control service; however, you may want to bring personal insect repellent and keep open food in the fridge or zip-lock bags
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the east fence along the driveway, camera 2 is located on the west fence along the driveway, camera 3 is located on the cabin exteriors facing the lake, camera 4 is located near the driveway entrance, and camera 5 is located on the dock overlooking the shared dock area. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay

LOCAL REGULATIONS
- A fishing license is required of any resident who fishes in the public waters of Texas, and failure to produce proof of license can result in fines by the Game Warden. Easy online purchases can be found on the Texas Parks & Wildlife website
- All canoe, kayak, and paddleboard operators must have USCG-approved wearable PFDs for each person on board. Violating this may result in fines by the Game Warden. There is an assortment of limited sizes, but you may want to consider bringing your own as well



PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 13153 Lake Conroe Bay Rd, Unit A, Willis, TX 77318
- The Cottage is located very close to the lake. The GPS Google Maps address marker will take you to the property's gravel driveway and gate. Once through the gate, continue driving straight along the fence for approximately 600 feet toward the water.  The Cottage will be on the far left side of the property, closest to the dock.
- Please note the Waze app is not accurate

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable food items and any leftovers in the fridge and freezer
- Gather and bag all trash and deposit it into garbage cans at the driveway entrance
- Wash and put away all used dishes (leave out to dry, if wet)
- Leave slept-in beds unmade 
- If the sleeper sofa was used, remove the linens, fold the bed back into the sofa with only the zip-around mattress cover in place, and leave sheets in a pile near or on the sofa
- Hang used towels on hooks, do not leave wet towels on the wood floor
- Ensure both TVs are off and leave the remote nearby
- Check the oven/range and grill to make sure the gas is turned off
- Return kayaks, paddles, jackets, and any other moved outdoor furniture to the original location
- Set A/C to 72 degrees
- Close and lock any windows, privacy shades, and curtains
- Upon the final departure, please turn off all lights and lock the door
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- A fishing license is required of any resident who fishes in the public waters of Texas and failure to produce proof of license can result in fines by Game Warden. Easy online purchases can be found on the Texas Parks & Wildlife website
- All canoe, kayak, and paddleboard operators must have USCG-approved wearable PFDs for each person on board. Violating this may result in fines by the Game Warden. There is an assortment of limited sizes, but you may want to consider bringing your own as well
- Never dive off the dock or bulkhead, as lake levels vary. Depth is stand-able in some areas. Please use caution
- Swim towels are not provided, it is recommended guests bring their own
