My husband and I stayed here for our daughter's Baylor graduation. Perfect location - close to campus and Waco restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

From the owner: "Thank you for your positive comments on your recent stay with us. We appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience and sharing it with others. Please come back anytime."
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and as stated in the description. Beds were comfortable. If you love coffee, this is the place to stay!! Pinewood Coffee is a block away. There are sidewalks so it’s very walkable. The cons of this place is parking is a little confusing and communication with the host. Seems the property is managed by a rental company and not an individual host. If you stay over a weekend don’t count on being able to contact anyone but the answering service who can’t do a thing! Noise was an issue and there was no toaster in the kitchen. Other than that it was a lovely place.

We called the property manager twice and both times she wasn’t very nice and came across as uncaring and rude. Parking was confusing, the AC was set at 85 so it was really hot when we checked in. We set it at 70 and after 2 hours it only got hotter. We called to request maintenance, and the gentleman that came to check it was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and came quickly. The air filter was filthy and the AC did need to be fixed. The place was decorated nicely. The floor of the shower could’ve been cleaner. It still looked a little dirty, but the restrooms and kitchen did have everything you’d need. Although, we didn’t find a can opener and the refrigerator doesn’t have an ice machine or water. WiFi was easy to use and didn’t have any issues. There is only one tv in the living room and the couch isn’t very comfy. It’s definitely not set up to relax and watch tv. The house is super convenient to visit places like the Dr Pepper museum, magnolias, zoo etc. Over all, our stay was decent, but not likely to rent again.

Hi Amy, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We’ve reminded our property manager to always be courteous and friendly with guests, even on tough days.
- While our listing includes parking details, we’re considering adding a map to make things clearer.
- We hadn’t received prior reports about the A/C, but we’re glad our technician responded quickly, and we’ve since replaced the air filter.
Thanks for letting us know about your stay!
Nice home. Worked out super for our two families. Space was laid out well

This house was darling! We stayed here two nights so that my daughter could tour Baylor and we could have a shopping day at Magnolia and all the cute boutiques. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. It is about three houses down from Pinewoods, which is one of the most popular coffee bars in town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
