Disgusting
1/5 This property was infested with roaches. We came in they were crawling, they were on floor, in cabinet and fridge. There was no toilet paper. The lady thought we were in a different property and tried to make it seem like we were lying. We wanted to stay there but eith bugs how could we. Disappointed and wIti g on refubd and respose still. Had to find hitel in middle of night. why not but

- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we take it very seriously.
- To clarify, we had engaged a third-party service to handle guest communication, and property upkeep, and ensure that the property was fully stocked with essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Unfortunately, it seems they failed to address your concerns adequately. Despite their differing perspective on the situation, we immediately scheduled pest control for the property the next day.
- In light of this, we have severed our relationship with both the guest contact and the cleaning company. We’ve since partnered with a more reliable team to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and service moving forward. Additionally, we performed a comprehensive deep cleaning of the property to ensure everything is in perfect condition for future guests.
- Moving forward, to provide better service, I have made my personal contact information available as a secondary point of contact for all guests.
- To make up for the inconvenience, we’ve issued you a 100% refund. We would also love the opportunity to host you again and provide a more enjoyable and seamless experience.

Thanksgiving
5/5 Overall good time. Nice and close to the beach. Owners responded very quickly even on the holiday. Water tastes off so bring bottled water is the only thing i could say. For the cost amazing time.
