5/5 3/5 Pros: location and layout of house were great. The house is located right on the beach access which was very convenient. AC was cold. Good parking under the house. Nice outdoor shower. Cons: the house was not as clean as you’d expect it to be. The beds had sand, the floor was dirty, prior guest’s underwear behind the bedroom door, corroded faucets. The knives were rusty. When we removed the sheets from the master bed the mattress protector had huge yellow stains. The fan in the guest bedroom did not work. We text the guest contact person and was told there are two fans in the house, however there were no fans in the house. Was then told they would bring one in the morning but we told them not to worry about it. The lack of cleanliness was just more than we could overlook. If that is improved this would be a nice stay.

5/5 We enjoyed the location and proximatey to the beach! Great job on all the utensils and appliances! Having drinkable water was also definately a plus! We all had a good time and enjoyed our stay very much!

Location is everything
5/5 This property was perfect for our weekend beach getaway with four adults, five kids, and three dogs. All of the amenities we needed were included (even water toys). And the outdoor shower was very convenient. The best part was the location. We were steps away from the beach. I spent most of my time on the deck just watching the Gulf. Awesome!
