5/5 Perfect distance to the beach. House didn't work great for our needs as far as set up goes with 2 toddlers from different families with the amount of noise that echoes through each bedroom.. I also wish that the outdoor screen in porch (great addition for the beach!!) was a bit more fall resistant. Everything else was fine!

Everything was awesome!
5/5 This house had everything that we needed minus food and personal belongings. I have stayed at several houses in Surfside, and I have to say this was the cleanest and had no issues. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was great, and my family just had a great time with the cozy cottage feeling. I highly recommend!!
