4/5 Did find a roach in the kitchen. Also need some pull down shades or something to that effect for the west facing windows so you can enjoy the sunset or not. Everything else was great. Lots of amenities. Great location. Also need a new grate for your grill. It was unusable to my standards. Grill very rusty. Beds were comfy ans would rent propery again.

5/5 We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Surfside beach house! The switch activated shutters were a fantastic touch, adding both style and convenience. The home was well appointed with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, and the parking was plentiful. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. A couple of minor notes: if you're someone who likes to unpack, be aware there are no chests of drawers in the bedrooms. Also, the initial cleanliness wasn't perfect (no sign of bed bugs, pests etc.) but it wasn’t significant enough to take away from our experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again!

Great beachfront property!
5/5 Our group of friends really enjoyed our stay for the 4th of July holiday weekend. The house was in a great location, with easy, direct beach access. The house was spacious and well-appointed.
