    Great proximity to beach. Outdoor pool & tennis court. Not nearly enough parking. Older crowded lobby. Management could be more accommodating guests.

    The building is 25+ years old, maintenance is continuous. The south exterior of the building was being resurfaced, consequently the outdoor spa was covered 28 of our 30 days. The indoor spa was hot, but the jets and timer didn’t work.

    We would highly recommend this unit at Suntide III. The condo was beautifully updated and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the Suntide III units is spectacular!!! We will definitely be back!!!

    We have stayed at the Suntide lll since the mid 1990’s and we keep coming back here because it checks all our boxes for an enjoyable beach stay. We love that all rooms have a patio that faces the ocean, plenty of pool space, security, close to grocery and all local restaurants/attractions and everything we need is there and clean
