  • Beautiful condo

    Parking was tricky, parking inside the gate is not promised. Only one elevator working for the whole building. I did need assistance after hours and no one was to be found at the front desk, office was also called and still no answer. But other than that the condo itself was beautiful with great views, and very comfortable beds.

    This place has an absolute perfect beachfront and corner view. Walking distance one block from the grocery store. Very spacious. Would stay again. 🙂

  • Pictures are deceiving.

    The pictures online make the condo look amazing. However, the appliances and electronics were subpar. The bedrooms smelled musty and moldy. TVs and remotes did not work correctly and not all had batteries. The clothes dryer could not bed used as the belt made a loud screeching sound. The ice maker did not work and the rubber seal on the fridge was about to come off. The closet door in the master bedroom would not open, one of the shower curtains had mold on it, the window blinds would not open and close properly, the master shower faucet handle was broken, some of the patio furniture was broken, there were multiple holes in the ceiling and walls. It would not take a ton of money, to make this a really nice condo. It just has not been maintained well. Considering the amount of money that we paid, I would not recommend.
