  • Great Beachfront Condo

    Nicely renovated condo with lots of space - was perfect for our girls trip. Kitchen appliances, coffee bar, and bar area with wine fridge were very nice. Lots of cooking equipment and tableware provided and in good condition.

    Furniture in good shape with lots of sleeping space. Great selection of bed pillows! Dining table for 6 was perfect. Balcony is spacious with good ocean view, but gets lots of sun in the morning and was too hot to use in the mornings in early June.

    The pool was under construction so we didn’t use it. Beach access ramp is nice and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to all of our requests.

    Would stay here again.

  • Great location and views; not young kid friendly.

    The location of Suntide III is perfect and our view was amazing. We wish the weather had cooperated a little more, but the view was spectacular none the less since we could see the water directly. The listing stated it was kid friendly, but the only thing kid friendly for our younger kids was the booster seat that was available. If you have younger kids, you may not want to take extra precautions. We had to move some furniture around so our kids wouldn't fall and hurt themselves.

    This condo is very well decorated. Furniture is comfortable. The dinnerware, silverware, glasses etc. are plentiful. The location is awesome. Steps to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
