    The condo itself was fantastic! It had everything we needed to cook almost every meal for a weeks long stay. Was super clean and comfortable for a family of 6. Other than the condo the management of the property was over the top. We saw at least half a dozen vehicles booted with parking passes on their dashes. It seemed like every other statement at check in was "the potential to be fined". The overall feel was very restricted and not a relaxed vacation beach vibe. The grounds were very well maintained and the grounds crew were polite and friendly.

  • Condo 201 was lovely

    We truly enjoyed our stay in unit 201. The unit was very spacious and beautiful. We used the kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer and there was no issue with any appliance. The condo was cold, no cooling issues there, had to wear socks at night. We spent time on the balcony, my girls loved watching the beach and gulf over the balcony. All restrooms had toiletries and toilet paper, kitchen had napkin, dish soap and dishwasher pods. Washer had a few detergent pods, and some pool towels were available in the unit. There were also toys and beach items that I think we could use but I refrained in case anything was lost or left behind on the beach.

    The property is nice, has indoor pool which we made use of every day and an outdoor pool. There are some structural things here and there at the indoor pool area, but I imagine the salt water in the air doesn't help keep things pristine. Nonetheless the grounds are kept well and there weren't any disruptions from other patrons.

    Make sure to ask about late check out and deadline to be able to do it. I asked and the front desk told me I could but not that I could not do it the same day as check out. Front desk personnel should be clearer on that instead of making the guest feel like a burden for asking if it was still possible to check out late (same day). I understand that staffing changes matter so that should be explained when questions are asked.

    This was a great condo for our needs. Check in was easy. They did stick with the checkin time of 4 pm. No early checkin. The condo was clean upon entry. Someone immediately came up to help us with a tv problem as a remote was missing. We appreciated the front desk being open 24hrs/day if something came up. The condo was stocked with enough laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and TP to cover us for a few days which was welcomed! Great beach access and location made it easy to walk to many restaurants, bars and shopping! Kitchen was stocked with basics. The family room furniture was terribly uncomfortable and needs updating but other than that, a great rental!
