    We have stayed at Suntide III since 1984...we have always stayed on the other end of the complex....last year we were bothered by loud party noise from next door single home....gggrrrrr....we LOVED unit 901....beautifully decorated. Would have liked to of had another chair in living room....recliner style...big round was fun for kids....but not for us older folks...lol....all in all it is a FABULOUS unit....thanks for sharing!!!

    OH....we also LOVED all the new updates....made my heart so happy to see all the LOVE being put into our "HAPPY PLACE"...thanks again!!!

    Overall great - unit exceed expectations and location was awesome! Check in was frustrating since it was behind a locked area. It would have been a 5 star review but for the fact that we were unable to access reception until someone came out & then we were able to get in. In addition, parking space was not adequate for the number units in the building as well. Thanks!

  • Nice Condo with good location

    We had a good time. The room was convenient for our large family. The condo is nice. There are few minor maintenance things but nothing that hampered our trip. For whatever reason all the condos have finiky fire alarms and someone next to us tripped the alarm once. The only real complaint is the property putting up rental umbrellas taking up half the space in front of the condo. Not only did they do that, they did it well before the allotted time to setup on the beach.

    Easy beach access, great pricing on umbrellas and chairs. Everything was amazing at suntide 3. Views were great. Would definitely return.
