  Great place to stay! Held 2 families perfectly!!! The walk to the beach was only like 5 minutes! Was really close to Black Beards Resteraunt! The pool was great to be in after the beach and then hot tubbing before bedtime!!! The pool could have been a little clearer but not bad.

  We enjoyed our stay so much. The property had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great location, plenty to do, and property manager was very responsive every time I reached out; even before we checked in. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit SPI.

• Dirty Pool and Hot Tub

  Upon checking in, we toured the house were very disappointed to find a very dirty pool. We called the housekeeping manager, who could use a course in customer service, and here we are 2 1/2 hours later and reaching out 3 times, no news on the pool being cleaned and pivoting to change our plans for the evening since grilling and hanging out in the pool isn't an option. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Everything outside is extremely worn and old.

  Hi Maria, we want all guests to have the chance to fully enjoy their stay, so we take early feedback seriously and always aim to resolve issues quickly. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and we wanted to share the following:
  - The pool and hot tub are serviced regularly by a professional maintenance team. When the guest reported the pool condition around 6 p.m., a technician was scheduled to arrive less than 24 hours later. The homeowner received a video of the pool, which showed minor debris likely caused by wind, but there was no mention of the hot tub or any photos shared regarding its condition.
  - The homeowner shared that they personally spoke with the guest multiple times during the stay to provide updates. Before check-out, the guest mentioned that the rest of the experience had been great and did not raise any further concerns.
  - The review was submitted shortly after check-in and before the homeowner had a chance to address the reported issue. The guest was informed that the pool would be cleaned promptly, and follow-up communication took place throughout the stay.

• Family vacation

  Beautiful and spacious. Nice jacuzzi. Pool was okay . Master bedroom was very cozy. Too bad we were rained out all 3 days. We sure made the best of it though.

  the house was just perfect ! we had a blast . made tons of family memories. everythign was so nice and the backyard was amazing!
