Not good
1/5 Our condo was not good, we had no light in our living room and our bedroom, no wifi, our bed was so fragile and loose, the smell was like like humidity.
Not deserving of a single star
1/5 Condo was disgusting,dirty,and decrepid. I've stayed in nicer 5 dollar a night hostels. The back of my pickup is like a 5 star hotel compared to that overpriced,flea ridden hovel that you peddle. You asked. I told the truth. Never again. I'll not stay in another Evolve property.

We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized so we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue. Without notifying us or the local team, we weren't able to act on your concern and resolve any issue promptly.
-One of the significant benefits of vacation rentals is the opportunity to have a more personalized and home-like environment. Unlike hotels, our rentals offer spacious accommodations with private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and often other amenities like private pools or outdoor spaces. This creates a sense of privacy and comfort that you might not find in a typical hotel room.
While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed before and after your stay. We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each guest. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are dedicated to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers.Great experience.
5/5 We had a good time in this property. The location is great ,quiet and everybody are friendly . Walking distance to beach and other nice areas . The community pool is wonderful. Parking is easy. The apartment has basic things to stay there and beach supplies , so you don’t have spend money buying beach supplies . Bob is the property owner delivered good Custer service . We enjoyed the stay.

5/5 Our stay at your Condo was more than we had asked for. Everything was clean, organized and the accessories for every day use was right on. The staff was up to date on emails with friendly reminders of our trip and on one particular notification, the owner of the property reached out to me to provide further information of the condominium. That made me feel special and how important we are to them.l
