Great location, easy check in
3/5 We had a fine stay. The location and beach access is amazing. There was not much for beach things so we ended up buying our own sand toys and 2 beach chairs. The pool and hot tub set up was perfect though there could be more furniture around the pool area to lounge in. There were only chairs by the table and 1 lounge type chair that was not broken. There were plenty of beach/pool towels provided which was really nice. The house is actually 2 separate units which was somewhat inconvenient with our young children and the stair access. The washer and dryer worked great and were super great to have. The upstairs outdoor furniture is sad. Tattered and ripped cushions and rusty furniture, would’ve been nice to sit here more if the ambiance was a little nicer. The check in process was easy. Our guest contact was super responsive until the last day. Our flight was delayed and I asked via text if late check out was possible, no response, so I called, also no response. The downstairs pull out bed pads are gross, stained and need replacement.The place was overall clean but could use some general updates to make it feel less dingey. We would elect to stay elsewhere if we came back to SPI again.

- We’ve replaced the broken chairs, added more lounge furniture by the pool, and continue to monitor the outdoor pieces given the island’s weather conditions.
- The downstairs pullout mattress has been replaced, and while the home’s layout is detailed in the listing, we understand it may not suit every family’s needs.

5/5 This property was amazing for our friend vacation. It is only a few minutes from the beach. There was a lot of space for all our friends. The listing was very accurate, and would definitely rebook a trip. The property manager responded quickly, promptly, efficiently and friendly when a problem arose with internet connection.
