  The property was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The pool/spa are honestly the only reasons for a 3 Star. The property is a bit dated in some areas, and could use some freshening up, but my issues were not with that. The upstairs beds were terrible. They were hard and uneven. The left room issues were the bed was hard, the window vibrated when door was closed, and the tv had no remote in sight. After a long day at the beach, you want to relax on a comfortable bed, free of nuisance noises with possibly some tv, and none of that could happen. It’s odd that the upstairs right bedroom with the on suite bathroom has two twin beds, and not a full/Queen for adults. The middle bedroom was the worst overall. The bed was by far the worst, and no TV at all in there. Why does every other room have one but this one? This property has an upstairs and downstairs. However, you cannot access them via interior. You have to go outside in either front or back. Not a huge deal for us with older kids, but if you have young kids you plan on putting in the two downstair rooms, you might have an issue with it. It’s basically another small apartment downstairs only accessible by a separate exterior door. The place is a perfect setup for multiple young couples or college students, but not for a big family. The grill was absolutely disgusting. The grease trap was overflowing, the interior flame cover broken and we watched a rat go in/out of it. I would rent again, but only with new beds.

• Great Place To Stay!

  Our experience at this property was great. It was such a nice place and had so much room for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and the whole layout of the place. The washer and dryer also helped a lot after we swam or came from the beach and had things to wash. It also helped to minimize the amount of dirty clothes we had to bring home. So that was awesome!

  Our group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children. We (2 adults) stayed downstairs which is separated from the upstairs (no indoor stairs to connect, only outdoor) and we loved it. The rest of the family stayed upstairs and it worked out so well.

  We had some issues with WiFi and connecting a cable to the blu-ray player, but I reached out to the contact person and they helped us immediately! They told us how to reset the WiFi box and even brought us a cable directly to the house. So they’re very reliable when it comes to communicating if there are any problems.

  It was also such a short walk to the beach and the beach access point which was amazing. We will definitely be back and will consider booking this property again sometime in the future!

  I highly recommend this property to anyone with a big group!

• Father's Day Blast

  The home was nice and spacious for our yearly family vacation. We were able to rent the whole house for all of us to fit, multi families. Both floors did have everything we needed from toiletries to laundry soap and washer and plenty of towels. The pool was big enough, all of our kids enjoyed being in there all day and night. If we just wanted to relax inside, the couches were comfy enough to nap on. We loved the outside table, it was large enough for the family. When there was a question for the owner the host was quick with a response. The beach was close enough to walk to, no need to pack the car with everyone. Big Thank You to the home owners and host. We enjoyed our stay!
