  Sorry to say, but the apartment was not cleaned very well prior to my visit. I found long black strands of hair on the shampoo/conditioner dispenser (i have short blonde hair). I found crusty dry food on the refrigerator shelves, a white towel that still looked dirty, but was folded on the town bar and small roaches in the bathroom. I went in after 10 p.m. just to sleep and saw all this the next morning. I recommend the owner get a better cleaning service.

• Good for the price

  The first night was pretty cold and the thermastat was locked at the time and there weren't extra blankets. However when we reach out we were able to get those peoblems fixed.

  Conplex was quiet. No rowdy neighbors. Walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants. Space for a family of 5.

• Close to beach access

  It’s an ok condo. Needs a deep clean but it was fine. Honestly don’t know how they claim it can sleep 6. Small futon in living room (not the sofa that appears in photos) and the bunk beds can really only fit small children.

  The good: can walk to beach access, kitchen is nicely updated, main bed mattress very comfy, AC was cold, plenty of parking

  The bad: air filters need to be replaced, lots of dirt by registers, AC really loud, towels were worn and should be replaced

  It was fine but doubt I would stay here again.

  - We’re sorry we didn’t get a chance to address your concerns during your stay. If we had known, we would have sent housekeeping right away. Your feedback has now been passed on to our housekeeping team for review.
  - The sleeper sofa had to be replaced due to damage from a previous guest, and we asked Evolve to update the listing photos to reflect this, but the photos were not updated. Evolve will make sure the photos are updated accordingly.
  - The AC unit was replaced two years ago, and while we understand that the noise level might be bothersome, it is unfortunately out of our control.
  - The bunk beds are intended for children, as advertised.
  Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

• Great stay

  The location is great, close to the beach like within walking distance. The place was very clean when we got there, it had all the essentials necessary for our stay there. They have made some upgrades and it’s a nice cozy place. Our kids enjoy themselves very much and the whole process was super easy, the owners send you all the information ahead of time that you will need and they make sure to communicate that they are available for you for any questions or concerns. I don’t think in the description it tells you that they have outdoor shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach but that was a major plus for us since we have 3 little ones that definitely needed to be rinsed off before heading inside. We would definitely be coming back.
