• Wonderful Easter Weekend!

  This condo was perfect for our family of five, plus our four legged child.🐶 The view from the balcony went beautifully with our morning coffee. The kitchen had everything needed to make our meals. The Murphy bed was neat, our kids were fascinated that there was "a bed inside a closet". lol Plenty of blankets and pillows and extra towels were provided. There are two pools but the one closer to our unit was heated! All in all, we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We will keep unit 338 saved in our favorite places to stay when we visit the island.😊

  My husband and I had a great time on SPI and fell in love with this location. Easy beach access and bars/restaurants all in walking distance. We are hoping to return for two weeks next year!

• Nice Stay but Extremely Humid

  We had a wonderful time staying at the property so close to the beach The condo matched the description however, it was extremely humid. A dehumidifier was provided but it needed to be emptied twice a day. We look forward to returning when not so hot and humid.

• It was just okay

  Didnt expect perfect, but communication was awful at this rental. I contacted VRBO and whoever was in charge about headcount and didnt receive a response weeks after my request. When i did receive a response, i never heard from them ever again. Toilet seat broken, stove top cracked, dining chair cushion falls off, and the bathroom smelled like mildew. We honestly left after the first day.

  Hi Cynthia, we want our guests to have a seamless experience, so we're sorry to hear that communication was not up to your expectations. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to address the following:
  - The toilet in the home is a new, premium model installed in April. The housekeeper checked and didn't find any issues, but we'll continue to monitor it closely to ensure everything remains in top condition.
  - The small crack on the stovetop is cosmetic and doesn’t affect its functionality, but we understand how it might have caused concern.
  - We'll have someone inspect the dining chair to secure the cushion and prevent it from slipping in the future.
  - We're surprised to hear about the musty smell in the bathroom, as no other guests have reported this. However, we’ll double-check the space to make sure it's as fresh as it should be.
