  This beautiful home had everything we needed for our stay in Seguin. The river views and breezy balcony were just we needed at the end of a long work day. Beds were comfortable with high quality linens. Kitchen was well stocked. Truly a home away from home!

  The house is amazing. Plenty of space for your friends and family to stay. The house was very clean. Our guest contact Kathleen was very helpful and easy to contact.

• Great place for family gathering.

  We rented this for a family gathering and everyone had a great time. The home is very spacious for large groups.

  Downstairs worked great for all the grandkids to bunk and hangout.

  Upstairs kitchen has all you need to bring your provisions and feel at home. Large dining and living area to accommodate the family.

  Beds upstairs were comfy with nice linens. Most important, the a/c worked perfect to cool and dehumidify.

  Outside the covered deck has a huge table for dinners. The propane grill was easy to use.

  The outstanding feature is the river access. The yard has incredible infrastructure. There is a concrete walk across the entire back lot. The adjoining deck has ladders at both ends. We used the kayaks several times. The deck access was easy enough for our small grandchildren to get in and out of the kayaks without incident.

  You do need to be aware this house has lots of stairs and would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. As previously mention, the kitchen is upstairs so be prepaid to tote groceries up the stairs. I’m almost 72 and did not have difficulty. The family consensus is this was a great place.

  We just had the best time at this house. The host was so gracious. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

• Decorated beautifully both inside and out

  All of us said they would stay at this property again The weather was very nice Us four girls sat on the dock for a while, enjoying the sun. The family room was large enough for us all to hangout together. Also the balcony, deck area was a nice area to listen to music. We had a fire downstairs outside to make s’mores. This is always fun
