Neat Downtown San Marco
5/5 Was a perfect place to stay. Nice night life, college atmosphere. Very interesting place not far from Austin. Actually apartment was perfect. The only draw back is parking, was difficult to find a place late without paying for parking. Beside that minor detail everything was great . Gave late check out and very accommodating.

Not the Mermaid Festival
5/5 The apartment was in the hear of the town square. So many good restaurants with in walking distance. The apartment was very clean and nice. The keyless entry made checking in very easy.

Weekend stay near TXST
5/5 I frequent this location when I come to visit my student at TXST. Clean and comfortable, walking distance to university, shops and food.
Only downside is noise from other tenants and music nearby depending on the apartment. It’s worth it for the convenience and cleanliness.
Very convenient
5/5 Nice little apartment right off the square. For what we wanted to do were within walking distance the the bars, 5 min from outlet mall, and 8-15 min away restaurants and river.
