CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- On check-in day, the Guest Contacts will send a welcome text to the reservation number. The text will include general information about the house and a video showing how to operate the lock. The group email will include the property's hosts, and all communications with the team should be conducted within that same group text
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 55555
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Take out the trash
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- The hot tub water is changed after every service. With double bookings, the water might not be at the desired temperature at the moment of arrival, and it will get there after a few hours
