A/c not working and won't credit trip
1/5 We got there at 4:15. Called it in to owner who didn't answer. Then after a while called evolve, they put a ticket in but couldn't get a hold of the owner for over an hour and a half. He never responded to my original calls or text, only after they had to hunt him down. He couldn't figure out why it wasn't cooling, only to say he didn't put the ac low enough before our stay. It never got below 80. At 8 he had himself and a worker there to check ac, I told him I couldn't sleep in such heat and he said it would be ok if we left. Had to get a hotel roomnfor the weekend. I have contacted evolve for 6 days now and they still can't get a hold of the owner to credit my trip, as we did not stay there.
The fan in the master is broken as well as the front door security lock. He knew about these but didn't have them fixed before we got there.
The area is pretty hard, but we knew that going in. Over all the inside of the property was nice and remodeled.
