Great property
4/5 Roomy for our family. Great backyard for the dogs.

House had a lot of issues
1/5 A lot of issues…
- very few cups, limited pots and pans, not set up for a rental.
- In first week, refrigerator didn’t cool and we ended up throwing a lot of food out.
- after several days of going back and forth the owners brought a dorm style mini fridge
- mini fridge stayed for 4-5 days and then fridge was replaced
- mini fridge started blowing gfcis
- gfci issue continued
- ac wouldn’t cool the house below low 80s…
We ended up moving back to our house 7-10 days early … we had moved out to sell it. Due to this we had additional costs.
Overall not a great house… not a great experience.
