  The house was nice and clean the location seemed ok. They had thought of just about anything you could need during your stay, so that was nice. Backyard area was nice but none of the backyard string lights worked so there was no light back there. Game room was nice for the kids, the paw patrol game unit doesnt work though. Bathrooms were nice and kitchen was nice. Would suggest some new cooking pans though because the ones in the house are almost not usable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to anyone.

  We loved this house! The beach was fairly close, we did use the golf cart service. The kitchen was very well stocked. Great house for a family gathering with many adults! We also had a toddler and infant. We spent many nights on the upstairs balcony. There was a time when I needed to get in touch with the owner about a package and she responded within minutes. There are several beach chairs available at the property to take to the beach and it was so helpful. One note about the beach, not the house- you cannot set up a tent at the designated beach. We had to go down just a bit, not far, so we really didn’t need the 30 bands. We left ours in the knife drawer so someone else can use them.

  After a long 12 hr road trip. We checked in to dirty and torn bedding. Stains and hair. Bathrooms were not clean. Dirty toilets, toothpaste from previous guests splattered all over waterfall sink spouts. Dog hairs in tub, shower curtain disgusting! Propert manager responded quickly. However it was late and we had already started washing bedding. Extra sheets were wrong sizes and stained.Glad we had blankets from our road trip. Our socks were covered with dog hair. Just because the property is pet friendly doesn't mean it cant be clean. Sent pictures to manager. Hopefully i can post them here. Master bathroom toilet runs constantly, slow sink drain in Master bathroom and slow tub drain in hall bathroom. All rugs and furniture stained. Woke up to dirty coffee cups. Not a bad house just NOT clean! Super disappointed. Not worth 1500.00! We stayed because we had already started the cleaning process and were super busy helping with our nieces graduation. I have submitted pictures of everything. Gross!

• Amazing Experience

  It was so effortless to check in and check out. The kids were never bored and the beds were very comfortable. Amenities were great and we did not need anything. The only issue was the back yard had a smell that would come with the wind of a dead animal. But otherwise the ambiance was great out there!
