4/5 Location, location, location! This cottage was the perfect distance for Alamo, Riverwalk, & Pearl activities & just far enough to be quiet. The space was charming. The gate was broken so I was nervous to let our dog out. The inside cabinets & drawers could use a bit of tidying (crumbs, ect) but overall we were quite happy with this sweet little house.

5/5 Place was nice but the parking/ yard was a not great. The trash cans block the drive up so only one car fits in the drive, the yard was not desirable. The house was exactly how they portrayed.

5/5 Several reviews said the yard was overgrown, but it was well kept for our stay. There’s lots of brush lining the yard, which made it very private. The house was immaculate. The only complaint we had was about storage in the bathroom/shower. We absolutely loved the location. So many great restaurants within walking distance. We took full advantage of that.
