Nice house in a lower middle class area. As others reviewed lots of cars on the street. Home was obviously purchased and turned into rental. Beds were fine. 3 queens which was nice. Needs more usable furniture for living. One couch and a formal type chair. No local tv so bring a fire stick etc. towels were the cheapest possible. Kitchen faucet was loose. Conveniently located but lots of through traffic. Back yard was useless. No propane grill but 2 charcoal. Appliances were great. Would I stay there again. Likely not. C+

Hi Kurt, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- The area in which our home is located is a faster-growing area in the town, which has increased traffic flow over time and the many cars parked on the streets. Although this is something outside of our control, we're sorry this had a negative impact on your stay. We assure you the home was not purchased with the intent of turning it into a rental, infact we lived in the home for 11 years. It was where we raised our children before we outgrew it.
- We take our listing accuracy seriously and use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the home, decor, and furnishings meet their expectations, but we're sorry if it was not to your satisfaction.
- In regard to no local TV channels, we did at one time have firesticks for all three TVs in the home, unfortunately, they were lost. However, the TVs are smart TVs and can be used to log in to your preferred streaming apps.
- We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will follow up with our maintenance team to further investigate the loose kitchen faucet and make any necessary repairs.
- We have the yard maintained every two weeks. As you mentioned, we do provide two charcoal grills for any outdoor cooking, in addition to an outdoor sitting area. We're sorry to hear that you would not choose to stay with us again, but do appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve for each new guest.
Thanks for letting us know about your stay!
