-The BBQ grill was left dirty by previous guests. We are considering raising the cleaning fee to ensure the grill is cleaned thoroughly between stays.
-We acknowledge the rust issue with the bathtub drain and are scheduling repairs to address and resolve this promptly.
-We will ensure that our cleaning crew is more thorough in their cleaning to address any dust bunnies.
