• Excellent house!

  Walked into a beautifully decorated, clean, cozy house. It suited our family of 6 just perfectly. The hot tub and pool was just an added bonus! The view behind the house is so scenic and calming. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and items that we didn’t have to worry about eating out as much. If we ever go back to Round Rock we will definitely stay here again!

  We enjoyed this property very much! The hot tub was perfect! We appreciated the yummy coffee bar and the bottle of wine. We needed to add a night and all were very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay! Would definitely use again!

• An "okay" stay.

  Unfortunately I can not give our stay 5 stars. Upon arrival we had a 4:00pm check in time. I received a message saying they would need an extra 45 minutes for cleaning so we were unable to check in at our anticipated time. Upon arriving the place smelled like smoke. Cigarette smoke smell was when you first entered and in the living room and the bedrooms smelled like marijuana. The guest bedroom with bunk beds had uncomfortable mattresses however the Master was very comfortable. The shower in the guest bathroom didn't work properly as the shower head leaked but the master bath shower was good. Out back was good but the hot tub was dirty, stains on the inside and bugs floating in water which we scooped out. The pool maintenance man also showed up unexpectedly while we were there and we had no notice from the property manager that he would be coming by. The kitchen was nice and there were the basics we needed. The TVs worked well. Overall, it was an "okay" stay.

Please know that our property is strictly non-smoking, and while we can't always control the actions of previous guests, we've implemented additional non-smoking/vaping signage to mitigate such occurrences in the future.
  - Furthermore, we're in the process of replacing the mattresses on the bunk beds with ones that provide a more comfortable rest.
  - Regarding the shower leak, we've replaced the shower head with a new, larger fixture to ensure a more pleasant experience for our guests.
  - As for the pool and jacuzzi, we're collaborating with the pool maintenance crew to inspect the pool between guest visits whenever possible. Your remarks have been shared with them so that any necessary adjustments can be made.

• Great House - Pool & Spa

  This house was great for our needs! We walked the area as a family for morning exercise, used the spa and pool, grill in the back.

  The only problem with this house for 9 people is, it needs more towels for showering, pool, and is lacking cooking utensils. My daughter lives in the area so she brought a can opener, blender, and more pans for cooking!

  Other than that, the hostess was amazing!!! Thanks for wine and water! ♥️
