Quiet neighborhood with wildlife viewing
4/5 Spacious property in a quiet neighborhood with great opportunities to see wildlife. Over the weekend we had multiple deer come through, a large turtle cross a couple of houses away, and multiple birds. We even got to see a gator at the viewing area down the road. Everything is neat a clean, with plenty of dishes and pans to use during our stay. On the down side the walls are are super thin so you can hear every inside if you stand out in the driveway (or across the house). Thank you for having us!

Mosquito Central
3/5 The place is clean and had plenty of room for our family. The location was not far from the beach and about 1 hr to Corpus Christi. The biggest issue was the mosquitoes. When we parked, there was a swarm of mosquitoes in the front lawn. They were all over and on the front doors. When we came inside, a lot came in and were all over the ceiling in clusters. Never seen anything like it. It was very stressful for all of us.

-Regrettably, mosquitoes are prevalent in this area. To address this, we've directed our guest contact to place a can of yard mosquito spray on the porch. Additionally, we are looking into having the yard sprayed before guests arrive for the remainder of the season.
