Great stay
5/5 Nicely appointed,clean home, convenient to both Rockport and Aransas Pass. Close to boat launch with room for truck and boat under the home. Contact is responsive, we had a city water line break. Only downside is the doors and walls offer little sound deadening, allowing all to hear everything which happens in the home,

Great place to stay
5/5 The house was great! Very neat and clean. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for our beach Spring Break vacation. Definitely recommend and will obviously be our go to next trip.

5/5 Everything was seamless. Check-in was smooth and easy. Communication was great. The place was clean and everything was functional. It is near the water, which was great for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Keypad issues
5/5 Overall we had a great stay. Only 2 issues we had was the keypad on the front door quit working. We bought 2 sets of batteries and I was unable to lock the door when we left the property this morning even with the second set of batteries. I notified Christina and she advised me to leave the door unlocked and she would have the property owner remote lock it. The other issue was the bathroom in the master bathroom door was off so it made it hard to open and close the door without having to pull it or push it closed. I would definitely book this house again.
