4/5 This apartment is in the perfect location but, due to construction across the street, is very hard to access by taxi, especially with luggage. It does have a very small washing machine (I didn't see a dryer) but it was easier to go a few doors down to use a Laundromat and do all our wash at once. There was no coffee or tea, bring your own or go to the cafe across the street. Make sure you don't leave one of the keys in the lock inside when you leave or it will require a locksmith to get back in. It would have been helpful if the owner had posted a sign reminding of that on the interior of the door, since not all renters will know that.

Lake get away
5/5 Great place for a family getaway. House has a lot of stairs but the wrap around porch on two different levels. Proximity to the boat ramp. Seclusion but close enough to Pottsboro. We will be back.

Great Mini Getaway
5/5 We live in Dallas and wanted a quick getaway outside of the city for Spring Break. The property was easy to find, the house was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Our favorite perk was sitting around the firepit at night roasting marshmallows. The only downside was when we were checking out and needed additional assistance with a dishwasher pod, the property manager was completely unresponsive to my attempts to reach out and ask for help.
