3/5 Pool had lots of dead bugs. I dont mean just a few, but hundreds. Witnessed maintenence pull a rat from the pool the morning we left. Also saw a roach in the unit. There was a piece of wallpaper peeling that had mold behind it. TV in the master didnt work and half the lights were also burned out. There was plenty of kitchen space and it was decorated well. It was quiet at the condo and the beach wasn't crowded (2 miles from either access road). We enjoyed ourselves here but wouldn't return.

From the owner: We are glad to hear that overall you did enjoy yourselves. We're sorry to hear that you had a few issues. We were just at the property and took care of a few things.
- The pool is serviced 5 days a week per the HOA guidelines.
- We did not come across any bugs. We have the unit sprayed regularly and are very proactive to ensure no pests are around.
- The wallpaper was fixed, and we have confirmed that no mold was found.
- We checked, and there were no issues with the TVs; they were all working as they should be.
- We also verified that all of the bulbs were replaced and the kitchen light switch was fixed and working.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Fishing trip

5/5 Our day was very nice. The condo was clean and it was enough room for all my family. The stairs were a little hard, but that’s on me. Although we did not use the boardwalk, the beach was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

5/5 The condo was jusy as described very roomy and well apointed. We found the beach front locale an easy commute to the restaurants. Thanks for everything. The one glitch was we were not able to reach anyone but housekeeping , no help
