Family Beach trip 6/29/24
5/5 The condo is a minute drive to the beach or a 5 minute walk, which was super convenient. There are 2 gas stations and a gift shop within a block of the condo so that was convenient as well! The only hiccup we encountered was the AC not being on upon arrival so it was hot inside. Communication with the owner was quick but we managed to figure out what the problem was and the AC was back on! The owner still sent his AC guy to check just in case. There were a few roaches spotted in the kitchen so we made sure not to leave food out. There was enough pots and pans for cooking, utensils, dish ware and cups to use. The dining area/ kitchen is a tight squeeze, and the living room is small. (Look at the photos) Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The condo is in between 2 other apartment complexes so do not expect any views. We were able to park 2 big SUV’s but it was a tight squeeze. One of our guests had to park in the extra parking lot on the other side of one of the apartment complexes. We didn’t spend any time in the backyard due to mosquitoes. I didn’t see a bbq pit. The condo is narrow, we had 7 adults so the main areas were a bit of a squeeze. Upstairs was a little more open space. Overall we were happy and comfortable.
