5/5 Nice cozy place in the perfect spot. You can walk across the street and go in Schlitterbahns back entrance and exit the Comal here. Took an 8yp and 10yo. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location, property and amenities!
5/5 This condo was awesome! It was central to all locations we needed. We tubed the river, went to the Schlitterbahn and stayed in the pool the rest of the time. Schlitterbahn was right across the street! We had all the tubes we needed in the storage(awesome, big bonus). Beds were comfortable too! We had an awesome time and when we come back to see our daughter we will definitely book this place again.

5/5 Clean all around, easy to get to the comal river tube entrance and comes with its own exit so you don’t have to go to last exit

Baseball Tournament
5/5 Came for a baseball tournament but had some fun at the pool! Also in the river!!! Tubes were provided. It was an amazing weekend with my family. We will be back!
