5/5 If I could give it 10 stars, I sure would.
This house has everything your heart could desire. It is spacious, clean and a lot of fun. Our group has been coming to the river together for 33 years now and I have to say, this house ranks second to none. If I could make one change, it would be that they put a pool on their very large property
Thank you so much for such a lovely place to visit. We will definitely book this home again.

5/5 We enjoyed staying at this house. It was enough room for 3 families with 9 kids. The backyard patio was great and so was the converted garage. Plenty of space for everyone and entertainment. It’s so close to Gruene, Rockin R. And 10 minutes from Schlitterbahn. We enjoyed watching all the deer roam and play.
River trip
5/5 This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our time and had fun playing all the games. Great location.

Amazing Home
5/5 I stayed here with a bunch of my friends. We all loved it so much. It was great for hanging out, cooking, playing games, movie night. It is in such a cute neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly (Donkey and Goat were super cute!). The house was very clean and has every small item you could possibly need (great for cooking). All of my friends wanted the link to the house reservation because they plan on returning with their families.
