Upon arrival we discovered that the unit had not been turned on and our stay started at 89 degrees at 8:32pm in Texas. By a hour of trying to figure out why we couldn’t get the AC on called the point of contact Courtnee all to discover that she would have to set the thermostat for us which definitely was a challenge. Ultimately we had to purchase 3 additional fans to make it comfortable. The unit also did not disclose that there was only 1 tv and it remained in safe mode which didn’t allow us to use any of our apps so of course we were only able to watch what was available under owners control. Definitely was a challenge for Saturday Gameday. I had disclosed that my daughter who we were there to visit would likely be coming to spend a night or two with us and would likely bring her Golden Retriever puppy and I thought we had already been charged for the pet fee but after I called regarding the AC I then received a violation notice that we had a undisclosed pet. Very quickly I responded and insured that the fee was paid and resolved the issue but sadly none of our issues or concerns were treated quickly and with the same urgency and respect. Yes if you are wondering we also had to purchase a tv so that our son who brought his Xbox could play. Simply not convenient for a family with more than 2 people to have a rental with one tv. The day of departure we noticed on the outside of unit water was puddling into the hallway and were very proactive about sending Courtnee a message about that. We worked with the neighbor to insure that someone would be out to access the units and insure no damage because we made sure that no leaks in the unit we occupied but again no response no thanks for the heads up I will follow up. So with our stay we definitely faced some issues with no resolution and follow up. I really am more upset that the AC and TV we’re not things that were disclosed in description prior to booking. Yes the owner was going to offer our money but only at half of the original cost of booking and we had already arrived and not able to find something in that short time. We have as a family traveled multiple states and only one other time had a bad experience in multiple years this was number two. So please definitely ask questions always before booking. Lesson learned the hard and expensive way.

- The listing clearly indicates that there is one TV located in the living room. However, we’ve since added a second TV to better accommodate guests’ entertainment needs.
- We understand that pet-related charges and policies can sometimes be confusing, and we appreciate your proactive approach in resolving the pet fee once it was identified.
- Regarding the water you noticed outside the unit, we confirmed this was due to a cooler spill in the hallway and not a plumbing or appliance issue within the unit itself.
