  Out stay was great, except for the stairs leading into the living room, by the stairs blending in with the floor, my sister and nephew end up falling down the stairs, my nephew was okay, my sister was a little bruised up, but she's doing better, just a little pain, but other than that, we had a awesome time, the house was everything we were looking for, now would I consider renting this lovely house again, absolutely, we loved the home

• Dissappointing

  Major cleaning and repairs needed in master bath. Dishwasher still had dishes in it that I didn’t know if they had been cleaned. Difficult to contact host when couldn’t get access to garage panel, code given was wrong then never returned calls. Neighborhood cars parked all around making it difficult to park in driveway. No way to get my boat & trailer in. Overall home needs deep clean of carpets, walls, air vents & filters. My family was supposed to join me but illness prevented them from making the trip. It’s probably a good thing. Won’t go back

• Excellent rental property

  A Great getaway house for the weekend. Love the open living room spaces and kitchen. Everything was nice and clean. Really like the soft water they installed at the house. Only some minor issues that could have been better. The gas grill only have one spot of fire. Which it was very hard to grill but we managed. Of course then bugs and nats was swarming at nights but it wasn’t too bad. Overrall I would rent again in the future.

• Nice house and location but be warned it's not as described.

  Great location on lake with boat dock & lift. Hiccups included no upstairs AC, several roaches in the house, the "outdoor kitchen" was just a small grill, no access to neighborhood amenities listed or to the neighborhood boat ramp.

  - We have central AC and we have not had any issues with it.
  - The property is treated by professionals and we have not had any issues with pests of any kind.
  - We have no control over the amenities of the neighborhood we can't give you what we don't have access to.
  
  We are very sorry our efforts did not make your stay a good one. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• Fabulous fourth

  This place was very nice and clean. Lots of parking space in garage and driveway. Streets are very narrow with lots of cars parked on them so would try to avoid street parking. The deck area on lake was nice and a spectacular view for the fireworks show on the 4th of July, but be careful, there were a couple spots that had a few broken boards.
