Could be better
3/5 The house is very nice. However, the KAYAKS that were advertised are not there. I messaged the host and they never answered, so 24 hours later i called her and she said they had to take the kayaks out because of liability. The kayaks were a big reason we chose this house in this alcove of the lake, so we were very disappointed. She said they would update the property listing. The furniture in the dock is dilapidated and non-usable. The grass was long, and there were spider webs all over the outside tv and even a few inside. One of the bunk beds squeaked badly. The kitchen was well-stocked. I found a gold and diamond earring in the bathroom, so I messaged the host…again, no answer. This house is currently for sale.

Great family getaway
5/5 Our family stayed here while visiting relatives in Conroe...it was a lovely gathering place for the whole family. Property is ON the lake, in a quiet neighborhood filled with wildlife, beautifully decorated, and has plenty of space for a large or multiple families. We caught fish off the dock (make sure you have a license!) We brought our own floats for swimming in the lake. Property does boast some "fun things" to use...be sure to double check with property owners (who are very responsive) before relying on those things for use. Property is also convenient to many restaurants, only 5 min drive. We quite enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Family Relaxation Trip
5/5 The house was great!!! Views of the lake are amazing and relaxing. House had everything we could need. Plenty of room- bath tub was my favorite part!!!
