You get what you pay for.
1/5 This house could've been good for a group of young friends looking for a place to gather. The owner ended up refunding us our booking fees because the house didn't seem to be professionally cleaned from the last guests' stay. Comforter and sheets had a lot of obvious left over hair and skin debris on 7 of the 8 beds. One of the beds had leaves in it. The floors did not feel like they had been mopped. We also saw a few cockroaches throughout the house. All of this gave us an uneasiness that required us to shorten our stay. But we do appreciate the hosts to be understanding.

– We wish you had reached out earlier in the day rather than at midnight so we could have had a timely opportunity to address any issues. Our cleaning team was ready to assist, but they were not allowed access to help with the reported issues during your stay.
– Our dedicated cleaners fully strip and wash all bedding after each guest, and the floors are always mopped thoroughly. We were surprised to hear about any problems with the bedding or floors, especially since our cleaners returned after your departure and could not find any issues. We’re always happy to send our team back out if anything doesn’t meet our usual high standards.
– Given the property’s wooded location, it’s possible to encounter occasional critters, and we’re sorry if this caused any discomfort during your stay.
The homeowner and their team work hard to provide the best possible guest experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many more satisfied visitors.Nice and relaxing
