House was nice but there were a few issues.
4/5 Overall, the house was very nice. Beds were comfortable, AC and lights were working, and we loved the sunroom. We all had a great time and are willing to rent this house again. However, the following issues (easy fixes) included having the microwave not working, the washer/dryer not working, and the outdoor fridge not working. We were also disappointed that we had to go buy our own toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc.) and had to go buy trash bags. Would also be better if we had better pots and pans for cooking. If it wasn't for the issues that was listed, it would easily be a 5 star review. The issues are easy fixes.

5/5 We loved this location, close to the town of Mabank, which had lots of amenities. We stayed here to visit Canton Trade Days which was also a short drive. House was beautiful with comfortable beds and lovely back patio to the lake!
