Perfect Location!!
5/5 We were in town for multiple events and this was a great central location to Texas Tech for a basketball game and to great eats at local favorite reaturaints.

Quick Retreat
5/5 Great place to stay for a quick weekend in Lubbock. Tech Terrace was great in the 1990’s and seems to still be good today. We will be back!

Perfect space and location!
5/5 The house was perfect for our stay. Great stocked kitchen, cute, and comfortable. We loved the space and it was close to campus. Lovely neighborhood near a park with lots of families and college students walking. We will definitely stay here again.
