5/5 Stayed to get my daughter set up at Texas Tech. Close to the college, perfect size for me and my husband to be comfortable for a week.

Adjustments needed
4/5 Overall happy with my experience and the host has excellent responsiveness.
Two issues need to be fixed. Bedroom AC is insufficient - separate stand alone and did not keep up.
Second problem is the king bed is in a very tight space leaving no room for a nightstand on either side. This is a real problem when you have a CPAP.

5/5 To be honest, it doesn’t look like much from the outside. But once you step through the gate, it turns into a private paradise. The place was well appointed, in a very good location, and the listing was accurate. If I had one concern, it would be that the bed is a little too big for the space that it’s in. All in all, we had a great time!
