This property features 8 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the front door facing the exterior front entry, 1 camera is on the front facing the driveway, 1 camera is on each side of the home (2 total) facing the side yards, 1 camera is on the left front corner of the house facing the front yard, 1 camera is on the patio canopy facing the gate, and 1 camera is on the patio facing the backyard. There is also 1 camera in the garage. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. The gate code is #3712
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To unlock: press the house icon to turn the keypad, enter your 4-digit code, and quickly press and release the checkmark button (don’t hold it down too long, or it will cancel the code)
- Reminder: the door will automatically lock after 10 minutes if you don’t lock it manually
- To lock: press and hold the checkmark for about 3 seconds until it locks
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Please keep the trash can on the backyard patio at all times. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Fridays, and cans may only be placed curbside within 24 hours of pickup. Do not leave trash out earlier, as this violates HOA regulations
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a$50 fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please clean up after your dog and check on dogs throughout the day to minimize barking. If excessive barking reports occur, you will receive a phone call to immediately take care of your pet. The HOA and city have ordinances on excessive noise
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
