CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please text the Guest Contact when you check in and check out
- Please contact the host in advance if you need to arrange an earlier check in or late check out
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 0405
- The lockbox is hanging on the #C mailbox in front of the property. The lockbox also includes the garage door opener
- There is an exclusive elevator located in the garage. In order to operate the elevator, both the retractable gate and the elevator door must be fully closed
- If you prefer not to use the elevator, there are also keys for the external doors within the lockbox, which will allow you to use the external stairs
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please contact the host if you need to arrange a later check out
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave slept in beds unmade (do not strip linens)
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- For your safety and privacy please log off from ALL apps you have logged in on the TV
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please return the garage door opener to the lockbox
- Return key to the lockbox
- Double check to ensure you have all your belongs. However if you do realize you have left something of value behind, please contact us ASAP. We are not responsible for any items left behind and there is no guarantee we can find it or get it back to you. However if it is possible, we will ask you to provide a pre-paid/pre addressed USPS. Label and a pre- payment of $50 handling fee, plus any other costs involved in getting the item back to you.
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The Parking is free, but we need to submit your information by Thursday to receive the permit for the weekend by Friday afternoon. Otherwise, it will be too late because the office closes on weekends.
- We need name, email address, phone#, year, make, model, color & plate# of up to two vehicles

- 4 vehicles can be parked in the garage
- 2 additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- RV/trailer parking allowed on-site
