3/5 The elevator for condo 3 was broken, so it was inconvenient to use the next unit’s elevator. The view from the balcony was not as described. The restaurant in the complex should have been rated poor.
Not an Island
3/5 First off like the title says the condos are no longer on an island. The Colorado River is so low that there is water only on one side. Secondly, this condo is NOT on the river side (hence, not much of a view). The condo is okay but really showing it's age. The kitchen was poorly stocked (e.g. silverware, pots and pans). Sadly our weather was cold during our stay and the indoor hot tub was out of order. I wouldn't recommend this condo for the price.

4/5 Pictures were deceiving, shows pictures with lakefront view and we did not have a view of the lake but overall were pleased with the accomidations.

Very pleasant stay!
5/5 The place was just like the pics and very clean. We had a 3 night stay and had a good time by the pool and venturing into the restaurants near by. Overall a great family trip.
