3/5 Size of the property was great. And great location. There was an overwhelming odor of mold in the downstairs room/bathroom. Some mold around the a/c vents in the kitchen. The boat deck area definitely needs replacing would not recommend walking on it. And the railing on the upstairs deck was pretty unsteady as well.

4/5 Everything was nice and relaxing. We were there to fish and relax. We enjoyed our trip. The inside of the house was just the the right size for the three of us. Some attention is needed for the bottom deck, over all, we enjoyed it.

Weekend Stay
5/5 Everything was great. Enjoyed the downstairs area especially since we had rain off and on that weekend. But that didn't stop us from enjoying. Definitely would like to stay again.
