Could have been a cute, cozy stay... but issues
2/5 If it were not for the following issues, I would give 5 stars if I could, but I simply cannot.
1. Host unresponsive. Emailed him several days before our arrival with questions, and texted a couple times during our stay but he never answered.
2. COCKROACH INFESTATION. Every evening when we turned out the lights we would walk to the fridge to get something and we'd see movement on the floor. When we flipped the lights on, we saw anywhere from 5 to 15 cockroaches skittering about on the floor on the fridge or around the cabinet skirts. We found dead cockroaches on the freezer shelves, in our coffee mugs, and crawling inside the fridge doors at different times.
3. Many of the kitchen, laundry and bathroom cabinets wouldn't fully open without scratching paint or damaging each other (due to lack of cabinet filler pieces).
4. Rodent poop. There was rat/mouse poop on the floor by our bedroom patio door.
5. No grill tools. Despite having a grill, we were very disappointed to learn that there were no dedicated grill cooking tools... no spatula, tongs, fork, etc. There were cleaning tools and kebab skewers. We had to rig up a spatula using a large spoon and aluminum foil, and lost a few burgers to the coals.
Everything else about our stay was fabulous. Great location, cute decor, nice bathrooms, kitchen, patio, etc.
5/5 5/5 Beautiful beach house just 5 mins drive to the beach. Beach house is just like the pictures. Beautifully furnished, clean and well equipped. Host is very responsive and quick to reply to questions. You do need to bring your own shampoos and body wash, and extra beach towels. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a dedicated police officer patrolling the neighborhood. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful Property
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we need. We were even able to do some grilling one evening. The beach is a quick 3-5 minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again!
