- The gate can be opened via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation and the # symbol (example: 1234 #)

Entering the building:
- Lightly depress the smart lock screen to activate the lock
- Enter the last 4 digits of the primary phone number plus the open lock symbol. (example: 1234 then press the open lock symbol). The lock will open but will close back in five seconds so push down on the door leaver as soon as the lock is open

Disarming & arming the building:
- As you enter the building, the Illuminated, chiming Alarm Security System is to your immediate right
- Disarm the system immediately by using the last 4 digits of the primary phone number

- Example:
1) 1234 OFF to disarm
2) 1234 AWAY when leaving or going out
3) 1234 STAY To have alarm on while in the building

- Please note during this time, the alarm will activate if any exterior doors are opened. The alarm system should therefore be disarmed before opening any exterior doors

- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
